The terms and conditions outlined herein establish the contractual agreement between you and Kingston upon Thames Airport Minicabs. By booking a taxi and utilizing our services, you unequivocally acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions as presented in this agreement.

1. Definitions

Kingston upon Thames Airport Minicabs, referred to as "we" or "us," denotes the service-providing company. The terms "you" and "your" encompass any individual, business, or company engaging in a booking with us.

2. Booking

2.1 Allow sufficient time for your journey, especially for airport transfers necessitating timely check-in. Kingston upon Thames Airport Minicabs is not liable for delays arising from inadequate time allocation or unpreparedness at the designated pickup time.

2.2 Ensure the reservation includes a vehicle suitable for passengers and luggage. We do not guarantee transportation of excess baggage, and a child, irrespective of age, counts as a single passenger.

2.3 Request wheelchair access at the time of booking, if needed.

3. Prices & Payment

3.1 Our quotes, exclusive of VAT unless specified, are based on the information provided by you. Material changes to the itinerary may result in adjustments to the quoted price.

3.2 A 45-minute waiting period after the scheduled landing time and airport parking costs are included. Exceeding this waiting time incurs additional charges at the standard rate. While we strive to accommodate delays, we are not obligated to do so.

3.3 Confirm the booking confirmation for accuracy; discrepancies not notified to Kingston upon Thames Airport Minicabs may result in delays or additional costs.

3.4 Payment can be made in cash, credit card, or debit card.

4. The Service

4.1 Passengers are responsible for the conduct of all travelers during the journey. Charges may apply for vehicle soiling, damage, or negative impact caused by passengers.

4.2 Eating, drinking, and smoking are prohibited in the vehicle.

4.3 Children must be appropriately restrained based on height, weight, and age.

4.4 Compliance with licensing and insurance regulations limits the number of passengers allowed.

5. Cancellations

5.1 Notify us of cancellations promptly to avoid charges. Charges for cancellations after dispatch are based on the distance covered by the driver.

5.2 Online booking cancellations before dispatch may incur charges on the original payment.

6. Liability

6.1 While we strive for punctuality, we are not liable for losses due to uncontrollable delays. Kingston upon Thames Airport Minicabs assumes no responsibility for losses incurred by you or your business.

6.2 Luggage is carried at your own risk.

6.3 Breakdowns prompt our efforts to provide an alternative vehicle for your prompt journey completion.

6.4 You indemnify Kingston upon Thames Airport Minicabs against expenses, damages, costs, or losses arising from omissions or acts of anyone in your party.

6.5 No party can exclude or limit liability for personal injury or death caused by negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or wilful default.

7. Termination

7.1 We reserve the right to terminate or reject a booking instantly if any risk is posed to a vehicle or driver, be it through abuse, violence, or damage. No refunds apply for terminated journeys.

8. Miscellaneous

8.1 Kingston upon Thames Airport Minicabs may subcontract obligations as stated. You may not assign or transfer any obligations or rights under this agreement.

8.2 We may modify terms and conditions, with changes reflected on this page. Existing bookings will be honored at the rates applicable during booking.

8.3 We handle information per the Data Protection Act of 1988.

8.4 This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Kingston upon Thames Airport Minicabs and yourself.

8.5 These terms and conditions confer no benefits to third parties unless expressly agreed in writing.

9. Disputes

Any dispute or claim must be filed within 30 days of the booking pickup date; claims made after this period are not obligated to be entertained by Kingston upon Thames Airport Minicabs.
